Order Processing Time

  • Production Time: As a print-on-demand company, each product is manufactured upon order. Standard production time is 3-5 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, production may extend to 7-10 business days.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Shipping Options: We offer various shipping methods, including Mail, Priority Mail, Expedited, and Express. Availability and delivery times vary based on destination.

  • Delivery Estimates:

    • Mail: Typically delivers within 14 days.
    • Priority Mail: Faster delivery with tracking.
    • Expedited and Express: Quickest delivery options available.

    Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

  • Calculation: Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected shipping method, destination, and order weight. To view shipping options and costs, add items to your cart and enter your shipping address at checkout.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order ships, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

International Shipping

  • Global Fulfillment: We have print facilities worldwide, including Australia, Canada, Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Orders are routed to the facility closest to the destination to reduce shipping times and costs.

  • Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and vary by country.

Special Considerations

  • APO/FPO/DPO Addresses: Orders to military addresses are shipped via USPS. Express shipping is not available for these destinations.

  • PO Boxes: Only Mail and Priority Mail can deliver to PO Box addresses.

  • Correctional Facilities: Before ordering, verify specific delivery restrictions of the facility. Note that coil-bound books are typically not allowed.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

  • Changes: Once an order is placed, modifications to files, quantities, or shipping methods are not possible. Address changes may be accommodated if the order hasn't entered production. Contact us promptly for assistance.

  • Cancellations: Orders can be canceled before entering the production phase. Please reach out immediately if cancellation is necessary.
